Heat Resistant Clear Coat Motip, 500ml uses the heat resistant transparent layer at MOTIP to treat treated and untreated surfaces that are exposed to temperatures of up to 800°C on your car. The heat-resistant transparent layer is resistant to gasoline, chemicals and weather influences.

Way of ussage:

Pretreatment: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Removes old varnish and rust and gently sands the surface. Do not apply any primer.

Treatment: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. The aerosol must be at room temperature. The best processing temperature 10 to 25°C. Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. The distance from the surface to be treated is approximately 25 to 30 centimeters

Apply the heat-resistant transparent varnish in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the aerosol again. Let it dry at room temperature for one hour. Then heat for 30 to 60 minutes (160°C) to harden the paint layer. Smoke develops during the curing process of the varnish.

After use, clean the valve (turn the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds).

The drying time depends on the temperature of the environment, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the varnish applied.
