How do i order?

Online order

Using the Pro Detailing site requires the activation of cookies and Javascript in your browser.

Ordering products online involves adding them to the shopping cart and then going through the steps for placing the order.

  1. Find the product or products you want to order.
  2. Add the products to the cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button located next to the respective product.
  3. View the contents of the cart by clicking the "View cart" button located at the top of the page.

To remove a product from the cart, check the box next to the title and press the "X" button. To change the number of pieces ordered, change the number in the "Quantity" box and click the "Update" button.

  1. To continue the command, press the "Complete order" button.
  2. Create an account and fill in all the required fields.

Please check the correctness of the e-mail address, telephone number and registration data that must correspond to the data in the ID Card in order to be able to pick up the order from the courier who will deliver the package.

  1. Choose the payment method and the delivery method.
  2. Confirm order.

Order by email

Send an email with the names or codes of the products you want to order, along with contact details (full name and address, phone number) and delivery address at You will be contacted by phone as soon as possible to confirm the order.

If you are looking for a product in the "auto" field that you do not find on this site, please send an e-mail to with the name of the product you are looking for. As soon as possible you will be contacted with details (price, delivery time) about the product you are looking for.

Order via Whatsapp

You can send your order together with the invoicing and delivery data, through the Whatsapp application to the number +40 755 125 400.

The order is registered based on the codes of the desired products. The product code is above the price.

Contact details, billing details:

The Pro Detailing user account is registered on the Individual or Legal Entity.

Contact details are name, phone number (preferably mobile phone number), email address.

The phone number (mobile) is the one you will receive the following notifications: SMS with information about the order, SMS that will announce that the order is ready, SMS that will announce that your package has left us.

The email address is used by Pro Detailing exclusively * in order to send information about your order.

In the absence of contact, orders are canceled after 72 hours from their registration.

Except for pre-orders, orders remain active for a maximum of 10 working days.
