Universal Multi-MoS2 Grease Mannol EP2 Ester, 800g

Universal Multi-MoS2 Grease Mannol EP2 Ester, 800g is a multifunctional universal lithium anti-scratch grease based on extremely refined mineral base oil with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and anti-seize EP additives (EP - Extreme Pressure) from molybdenum disulfide and graphite lubricant, with resistance to high temperatures, sealing capacity and offering excellent anti-friction and anti-scratch properties.

Properties:

- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +140 °C, which increases the lifetime of the bearings;
- It has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a solid lubricating film to extend the life of the lubricated units. Provides effective lubrication at the limit at high pressures and temperatures;
- Thanks to the EP additives used, it resists extreme and high-impact loads. In case of accidental overheating, layered additives eliminate sticking and blockages;
- Thanks to special anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives, it reliably protects bearings and other parts against corrosion even when operating in a wet and dirty environment;
- It has good thermal stability, which ensures resistance to temperature variations, and mechanical stability, which prevents extrusion and loss of consistency during the operation of the fat, thus reducing losses and consumption of fat;
- Effectively resists oxidation and does not form deposits;
- Keeps its properties of elasticity and adhesion over a long period of use;
- The consistency of the fat remains constant during long-term storage. Validity period 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For the lubrication of various transport, agricultural and field equipment that operates under loads or increased vibrations and/or impact in dusty, wet and/or dry environments: universal joints, fifth wheel couplings with pivot, CV joints, slide and roller bearings, chassis and other heavily loaded friction units of cars.
