Low Viscosity Grease Mannol Ester Li-EP, 900g

Low Viscosity Grease Mannol Ester Li-EP, 900g is a semi-liquid grease with lithium/calcium for the lubrication of low-speed gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems in trucks and buses, which meets the requirements of Daimler-Benz (tab 264) for lubricants for trucks and MAN TL 283. Produced on the basis of highly refined oils. mineral oils with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear, depressant, anti-corrosive and antioxidant additives.

Properties:

- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Keeps its performance properties from -40 °C to +140 °C, which increases the lifetime of the bearings;
- Excellent pumpability due to its consistency and low temperature properties – the lines of the centralized lubrication system do not block even at very low temperatures up to -40 °C;
- It has good water resistance and resists water washing, keeping its protective properties;
- It has good adhesion to metal surfaces and forms a long-lasting oil film, resistant to temperature and dirt, thus extending change intervals and reducing maintenance costs;
- It reliably protects bearings and other separate parts against corrosion;
- It has good thermal and mechanical stability as well as effective resistance to oxidation;
- It has good anti-wear and anti-friction properties;
- The consistency of the fat remains constant during long-term storage. The validity period is 5 years from the date of production, provided that the storage conditions are respected and the packaging is intact.

Application: Specially designed for centralized lubrication systems of trucks and buses, applicable to other centralized lubrication systems, as well as pneumatic tools.

When using the lubricant, the requirements of the equipment manufacturer must be respected.

Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
