High Temperature Grease Mannol LC2 Ester, 800g

High Temperature Grease Mannol LC2 Ester, 800g is an anti-wear, heat-resistant universal grease, based on extremely refined mineral oils, with a thickening agent based on thermostable lithium complex soap with the addition of synthetic esters and special anti- wear, antioxidants and anticorrosives. Developed for long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings operating under high thermal and mechanical loads.

Properties:

- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +170 °C, which increases the lifetime of the bearings;
- Forms a durable lubrication film, resistant to water, temperature and contamination, which extends the change intervals and reduces maintenance costs;
- Protects bearings and other separate parts against corrosion;
- It has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
- Meets a wide range of requirements, allowing the use of a single grease in most friction units;
- Compatible with most standard lithium greases;
- The consistency of the fat remains constant during long-term storage. Validity period 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For the lubrication of roller and sliding bearings with high load, hub bearings, various joints, cardan joints, suspension units and other units exposed to shock loads and vibrations in vehicles, agricultural and field equipment. In commercial vehicles - of assemblies that work at medium and high loads (axle bearings and transmissions, cardan shaft bearings, wheel hubs, tipping bodies, towing devices, cardan shafts, steering joints, lifting devices, actuation devices of the handbrake, fifth wheel couplings).

Suitable for use in industrial equipment that requires a high-pressure NLGI 2 grease: foundries, vibrating machines, mining, roller conveyors, etc.
