The new vision SATA Air Vision 5000 - Air Fed Mask focuses on effective health protection and allows you to experience a completely new and comfortable breathing mode, thanks to a completely redesigned and patented breathing air supply system. With its modern, ergonomic design, the hood can be adapted to fit almost any shape of the head, allowing individual adjustment of its circumference, height and effective position. The compressor must supply air from an area that is not contaminated with paint spray.
Comfort - The new patented method of breathing the air distribution inside the hood reduces air consumption as well as the noise level to 64 dB (A). Working with personal protective equipment becomes extremely comfortable. An option is available for a plug-in speaker that allows an alternating flow of air inside the hood. The large screen, with low reflection, offers a very generous field of view. The comfort band that cushions the forehead can be mounted in just a few seconds - and a second, if necessary, on the back, keeping the hood clean and comfortable at all times. During work interruptions, the hood can be conveniently hung from the folding support arm integrated in the SATA air regulator, without the need to disconnect it from the belt unit.
Safety - 150 NI / min of technically clean compressed air, ensures a slight positive pressure inside the hood, to safely prevent excessive penetration and contaminants. When the air volume falls below the required minimum threshold, an acoustic warning signal will be activated.
Practical - The modular design allows the adaptation and updating of the new belt unit according to the work requirements. Users, for example, now have the option of mounting the air control unit, either to the right or to the left of the belt unit. The same goes for the second belt option available, the activated carbon absorber including regulation.
Useful accessories, such as the new SATA Air Warmer * and / or SATA Air Umidifier * can be easily connected to the belt drive depending on individual needs.
Individual solutions - CCS (Color Code System) SATA disks allow convenient identification of both the hood and the SATA air regulator, to avoid confusion when using multiple hoods in the store.

Safety information:
To operate an air-supplied mask, you must supply filtered air to at least 0.01 microns. Preferably use a 3-stage filter. The air must move from the compressor to the mask through high flow type connectors.
