Ceramic Coating Sonax Profiline Evo, 235ml is a complete set for long-term ceramic sealing of the paint. A paint coated with CC Evo offers new properties, such as significantly improved hydrophobicity (pearling, water sphere), increased chemical resistance and improved UV resistance. The coating thus protects against harmful biological influences, such as insect dirt, bird droppings and tree resin stains. A very important function that a ceramic layer gives to the paint is protection against dirt and a certain self-cleaning effect. Finally, it is the optically perfect impression that an intense, glossy color paint leaves after it has been professionally coated.

After polishing the paint, PREPARE is sprayed ultra-fine into a microfiber cloth as a basic cleaning agent, the paint is wiped with it and prepared for coating. CC Evo is then applied in two stages.

In the first sealing stage, BASECOAT Evo is applied thinly on the partial areas with an applicator sponge. After a short drying time, the excess product is wiped off with an ultra-fine microfiber cloth, and then a new part of the surface is treated.

After a waiting time of 1 hour, GLOSSCOAT Evo is applied thinly with a new applicator sponge in a second step. The stop time should be from a few minutes to 10 minutes. Then, the excess product is removed with an ultra-fine microfiber cloth. If the product begins to harden in the sponge on large vehicles, a new application sponge must be used. The fully treated vehicle must be dry for at least 4 hours and must not get wet during this time. It would be optimal to leave the vehicle in a room overnight. The first washing of the vehicle can take place after 1 week at the earliest.

Despite the protective layer, the covered vehicle is still exposed to environmental influences, such as insect dirt, tar, rust film or tree sap, which try to settle on the paint. Also, not all vehicle surfaces are exposed to the same amount of stress, so it makes sense to use care products at certain intervals from the very beginning.

For extremely stubborn dirt, there are special cleaning agents, such as tree sap remover or tar remover. It is important to shake as little mechanically as possible when removing loosened dirt residues with a polishing wool. The use of insect repellents (alkaline) exerts a particularly high pressure on the coating layer in the front of the vehicle, so resealing may be necessary at these points, depending on the frequency of use. What am I absolutely not allowed to do? After coating, the vehicle must not be polished or come into contact with highly alkaline cleaning agents, such as those used for pre-washing in car washes. This leads to the accelerated degradation of the ceramic layers.
