Cylinder Block Seal Wynn's, 325ml repairs cracks in the engine block, without the need to dismantle it.
Properties:
- forms a layer of glass when it comes into contact with air;
- repairs cracks in the engine block made of cast iron, steel and aluminum, without the need to dismantle it;
- stops leaks from the cylinder head gasket;
- ensures a permanent repair in 30 minutes;

Applications:
- internal and external cracks of the cylinder blocks, which lead to the internal or external loss of water in the oil system or in the combustion chamber;
- in case of severe emission of white smoke;
- in the case of oil or water emulsion that turns the color of coffee (can be checked at the filling cap).
Instructions for use:
- Normal treatment: Replace the old liquid with water. Add Wynn's Cooling System Flush, 325ml to the water. Let the engine run for 15 minutes. Remove the mixture and rinse with water. Refill with water. Remove the upper hose of the radiator and the thermostat. Shake the container with Cylinder Block Seal Wynn's, 325ml before use. When it's cold, heat the bottle. Pour Cylinder Block Seal Wynn's, 325ml in the place where you removed the thermostat (a quantity of 325 ml of product is sufficient for up to 8 liters). Replace the removed parts to close the cooling system again (the thermostat does NOT replace). Put the water on the level. Warm up the engine. After heating it, let it run for at least 15-20 minutes. Check the water temperature during the treatment. Turn off the engine. Remove the fluid when the engine is cold and dry completely. Fill with coolant (antifreeze + water). Put the thermostat back in place.
- Cracks in the cylinder wall: Proceed in the same way, but remove the spark plug (petrol) or the injector (diesel) from the damaged cylinder. When there are several damaged cylinders, remove
spark plugs (injectors) sequentially, leaving each one out for 5 minutes.
- For large cracks: Proceed in the same way, but leave Wynn's Cylinder Block Seal - Engine Crack Repair Additive in the cooling system for 3 or 4 days, before drying the system.
