Universal Adhesive Bison Super Glue, 3g is ideal for bonding small surfaces. Bonds almost all solid and flexible materials, such as many plastics (rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas, polycarbonate and phenolic resins), porcelain, ceramics, leather, metal, wood, cork, felt, canvas and rubber. Only partially suitable for glass (over a certain period of time, the connection becomes brittle, causing its weakening). It is ultra fast and powerful. It flows into the smallest corners and joints.
It is not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE, Styrofoam, fabrics and leather clothing. Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. The adhesive responds best to an air humidity level of 50-70%.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease and must fit exactly. Any dust, oil, grease, wax or release agent must be completely removed from the surfaces to be bonded. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts several times with suitable solvents such as acetone (if suitable for the material). For metals and metal alloys, it is usually sufficient to roughen the surface using sandpaper or by grinding or brushing.
Instructions:
1. To pierce the membrane, turn the cap tightly clockwise on the tube. Do not squeeze the tube during this time.
2. Unscrew the cap to reveal the applicator. Apply the glue directly from the tube, using the nozzle, as thinly as possible on one side (too much glue significantly slows down the hardening process). Immediately press the pieces together. After use, clean the nozzle with a dry napkin and put the cap on.
When gluing at low humidity, the curing time can be shortened by short breathing on one of the parts to be assembled. The best bonding results are achieved at room temperature.
