Foam Nebulizer with Tank Ma-Fra, 25L

Before using the Foam Nebulizer with Tank Ma-Fra, 25L, it is necessary to connect the supplied lance and hose. In this sense it is necessary:

- insert one end of the tube into the specific coupling of the lance;
- insert the other end of the hose into the faucet coupling;

Filling the product:

Filling the tank with the product to be sprayed takes place through the filling cap.

Before opening the cover it is necessary to:

- check with the pressure gauge that the tank is NOT under pressure, otherwise open the "air intake" valve and completely release the air contained in the tank.
- unscrew the "loading cap" and introduce the product to be sprayed using the appropriate funnel.
- screw on the filler cap, taking care to tighten it well. The nebulizer is now ready to be pressurized.

Nebulizer pressurization:

- connect the nebulizer through the air inlet valve to your compressed air system
- open the "air intake" valve and pressurize the nebulizer to the desired pressure

Product release:

– open the "liquid outlet" valve where the hose with the lance was previously connected.
- firmly grasp the lance and operate its handle, paying attention to the direction of the jet exclusively on the surface to be treated.
- when the tank still contains product, but the pressure is insufficient to nebulize it, repeat the operations.
- when the tank no longer contains product and nebulization must be continued, proceed by repeating the operations.
