Alu-Zinc Spray Motip, 400ml with fast drying, with good filling properties and excellent adhesion for treating galvanized and untreated steel. Alu-Zinc Spray offers remarkable prevention of cathodic corrosion, is spot weldable and is resistant to gasoline, chemicals and weather. Alu-Zinc Spray Motip, 400ml is heat resistant up to 250˚C.

Way of ussage:
The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Removes old varnish and rust and polishes the surface. The aerosol must be at room temperature. The best processing temperature is from 10 to 25°C.
Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. The distance from the surface to be treated is approximately 25 to 30 centimeters. Apply the alu-zinc spray in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the aerosol again. When desired, after drying, a primer and varnish can be applied.
After use, clean the valve (turn the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds).
The drying time depends on the temperature of the environment, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the varnish applied.
